Shipping & Delivery Policy

At LeMacToppers, all orders are handmade and carefully packaged before being sent. Please read the following information before placing an order requiring delivery.

Processing & Turnaround Times

All products are made to order. Processing and production time is separate from shipping time.

Please ensure you provide your correct event or required-by date when placing your order and allow sufficient time for both production and delivery.

Orders are completed according to the required-by date provided and our current workload, rather than necessarily in the order they are received.

If you require an order within a shorter timeframe than our current turnaround time, please contact LeMacToppers before ordering. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes shown at checkout or provided by the delivery carrier are estimates only and are additional to LeMacToppers' production time.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the relevant postal or courier provider and may be affected by delays outside of our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event date.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact LeMacToppers as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

Tracking & Delivery

Where tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking information and follow any delivery instructions provided by the carrier.

A parcel marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered delivered unless further investigation determines otherwise.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact LeMacToppers so the situation can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, an enquiry may need to be lodged with the postal or courier provider before a resolution can be determined.

Please understand that postal delays can occur and are outside of LeMacToppers' direct control once an order has been dispatched.

Orders Arriving After an Event Date

LeMacToppers will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe advised at the time of purchase.

However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is in the possession of the postal or courier provider.

LeMacToppers is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our reasonable control. Customers are strongly encouraged to order with sufficient time before their event.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact LeMacToppers via email as soon as possible.

Clear photographs of the product, internal packaging and external mailing packaging may be required to assess the damage.

Please retain the damaged product and all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Any appropriate resolution will be determined after the circumstances and evidence provided have been assessed.

Local Pickup

Where local pickup is available, customers will be contacted when their order is ready for collection.

Orders must not be collected before confirmation has been provided that the order is ready.

Collection instructions and an available pickup timeframe will be provided once your order is complete.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed timeframe.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
