Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All LeMacToppers products are handmade and many are personalised specifically for each customer.

 For this reason, returns, exchanges and change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

Personalised Orders

Please carefully check all names, ages, dates, colours and other personalisation details before submitting your order.

LeMacToppers is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted. Design work, preparation and/or ordering of materials may begin shortly after your order is confirmed.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If an error has been made by LeMacToppers, please contact us via email as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Photos and other relevant information may be requested so the issue can be assessed. Each situation will be reviewed individually and an appropriate resolution will be offered where applicable.

Damage During Delivery

All orders are carefully packaged before being sent. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Clear photos of the damaged product, packaging and mailing packaging may be required to assess the issue. Please keep the product and all packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Any resolution will be determined after the circumstances and evidence provided have been assessed.

Handmade Products

As our products are handmade, slight variations in placement, sizing and finish may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different in person due to screen and monitor settings.

These minor variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
